There is a book that lists the scales of all Matchbox models up to 1974.
There are not many that are suitable for N scale and they tend to be the earlier (1950's) models.
Here is a list with the scales given by Matchbox.
(The upper case letter indicates the order of production, 1A indicates that it is the first one in the series).

Matchbox 05C 1/150 Routemaster bus (*)
Matchbox 05D 1/144 Routemaster bus (*)
Matchbox 06C 1/146 Quarry truck (yellow, 6 wheels)
Matchbox 10A 1/160 Mechanical horse (**)
Matchbox 10B 1/150 Mechanical horse (**)
Matchbox 15B 1/138 Rotinoff Super Atlantic
Matchbox 16B 1/138 Atlantic trailer (for above)
Matchbox 17A 1/150 Bedford removal van
Matchbox 17B 1/150 Bedford removal van
Matchbox 20A 1/150 ERF lorry
Matchbox 27A 1/150 Bedford low loader
Matchbox 40B 1/145 Royal Tiger coach
Matchbox 51A 1/150 Albion Chieftain cement lorry
Matchbox 58A 1/139 BEA coach

These are the scales given by Matchbox and cannot be guaranteed,
there may be another one or two suitable models where the scale given is way out or no scale given at all.
For your information, N scale is 1/160, in the UK it is 1/148.

(*) Please note that #5 was always the London bus,
(*) there was an ealier bus that was too small for N and a later Routemaster that was too big.
(**) Small type of delivery truck used by British railway companies.

Die Greyhound bus is een model van de Scenicruiser. Wat mij betreft geen serieuze kandidaat, en dan ben ik zeker geen klinknagel-teller.

Voor mij wel. Ik heb er hele leuke jeugdherinneringen aan, want het was één van mijn favoriete Matchbox autootjes. Ik hoop er binnenkort weer de gelukkige eigenaar van te zijn, en de bus krijgt zeker een plekje op mijn treinbaan.
